So today I've been off work, it has been bliss. I spent some time with my family, I've bulk made soups and I've got all my food for the week ahead for my health kick!
So I woke up pretty early and thought I didn't want to be sat around doing nothing, I wanted to be productive.. So I got myself out of bed and got ready for the day! After my little spree in Tesco's buying a load of healthy food, me and my mum went to Asda and bought some soup making bags which i'll post a photo of... They're super easy to make and so delicious! Also if you're following the Slimming World plan they're free!

These soups are super easy to make, basically add 600mls of water and a vegetable stock cube, bring the soup to the boil, then simmer for 15 mins.. Then you can have it as a chunky soup of blend it down, which I did. I then added noodles and a bit of curry powder to the vegetable soup. I can't wait to take these to work, they're super easy to make not only that they're healthy too!

I bought this to motivate me, It does fit perfectly but however I would like to tone up a little and just feel comfortable in the bikini.. I have 219 days to get this body into shape!
