How I spent my day..

So today I've been off work, it has been bliss. I spent some time with my family, I've bulk made soups and I've got all my food for the week ahead for my health kick!

So I woke up pretty early and thought I didn't want to be sat around doing nothing, I wanted to be productive.. So I got myself out of bed and got ready for the day! Me and my mother went to Tesco's where I bought a load of stuff for breakfast smoothies after watching Pointless Blog (Alfie Deyes) check the video out right here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHOcThB28Qc

After my little spree in Tesco's buying a load of healthy food, me and my mum went to Asda and bought some soup making bags which i'll post a photo of... They're super easy to make and so delicious! Also if you're following the Slimming World plan they're free!

Vegetable soup
Leek and Potato

These soups    are super easy to make, basically add 600mls of water and a vegetable stock cube, bring the soup to the boil, then simmer for 15 mins.. Then you can have it as a chunky soup of blend it down, which I did. I then added noodles and a bit of curry powder to the vegetable soup.  I can't wait to take these to work, they're super easy to make not only that they're healthy too!

Leek And Potato Soup

So there you have it super easy soups! You can buy these packs at Asda for £1.. Can't really go wrong can you?! Whilst out shopping I also bought myself something to motivate me and something to think I want to look good and feel comfortable in...

I bought this to motivate me, It does fit perfectly but however I would like to tone up a little and just feel comfortable in the bikini.. I have 219 days to get this body into shape!

So I was a little clumsy

So yesterday I had myself a little accident.. I fell up the stairs with my laptop in my arms and the screen smashed. I'm so clumsy what sort of people fall up the stairs?!

Pretty ruined!

After falling up the stairs I was praying and hoping the screen wouldn't be smashed,  but quite clearly I was having an unlucky day. So I got on my Ipad and bought myself a new laptop! As much as I loved my old laptop, I had trouble with it from day 1.. I had to keep sending it back to the engineers, so thank you acer. I was well and truly put off buying another acer laptop.

What's in the box?!
So after seeing a couple of people using the branded laptop, and ranting about how good they are! I've decided to finally take the plunge, so as I write this blog I've swapped from windows laptop to.... An Apple MacBook!

My new laptop!

It's so shiny!

So yes, I've taken the plunge and swapped from Windows for good.. Next step Is finding out a way to get all my documents and photo's etc off my smashed laptop? So if anyone reading this knows a way please comment or message me! Oh and I'd also like to thank Apple for their super fast delivery!

PS 224 day's until Orlando ;)

Takedown Festival and living out of hotels!

So for 3 nights I spent time living out of a hotel one outside of High Wycombe and the other one in Southampton. For the other two I spent living with Jamie's nan in Norfolk, which was perfect!

So I've been on my travels up and around the UK for the past five days, we spent a day in High Wycombe, then ventured back to Norfolk. Where I spent two days living with four crazy dogs, a waving cat and Jay's grandparents.. I honestly would just love to have stayed, going for walks in the fresh countryside and having proper family time!

Out walking with the four dogs!

After our two days were up and I was sad to leave, we drove just under 4 hours to Southampton. Where we pulled up into an ibis budget in West Quay and stayed two nights, my first night was horrid Friday night party goer's were outside my bedroom window shouting till god knows what hours in the morning. Then to top it off someone was banging on our hotel door.. Come Saturday morning I was zonked, but I had to get up as it was time for Takedown festival. Which is ran at the local uni by Advance promotions, seeing as my boyfriend works for Advance down in the South West we got AAA bands. I however came 5pm had a headache and it was time for me to call it quits, so Jamie dropped me back to the hotel. Where I enjoyed half a pizza! I know I failed at lent.. I got back chilled out and watched a film!

Sunday morning we made our merry way back to Plymouth It took me just under 3 hours to get home as traffic wasn't bad. So that's been my life for the past few days, I'm recently in the process of possibly going back to college to do an access to higher education course! So fingers crossed! And its only 233 days until i'm in Florida!!! Excited is an understatement.
